Just west of the busy junction of Routes 3 and 46, Li’s Hot Pot & BBQ is now open in Little Falls Township, five years after Six Brothers Diner closed its doors in the same spot.
Chuck Lanyard, President, and Chris Conway of the Goldstein Group handled the transaction on behalf of both the new tenants and the landlord, Mandelbaum & Krupnick, LLC.
“Li’s operates several restaurants throughout New Jersey serving different cuisines,” noted Neil Goldstein, Principal of the Goldstein Group. “The hot pot concept has recently taken off as consumers enjoy the experience.”
Located minutes away from Montclair State University at 475 Route 46 East, Li’s Hot Pot & BBQ specializes in serving up the best of both Chinese hot pot and Korean BBQ in a casual atmosphere. Hungry eaters will enjoy their all-you-can-eat options. After nearly a year of renovating the 7,000-square-foot space, Li’s is already getting a lot of positive feedback on Yelp.
After nearly 20 years in the space, Six Brothers Diner was forced to close due to the ongoing construction of the interchange of Routes 46 and 3, which was impacting customer traffic. The coronavirus pandemic proved to be the final blow.
Other restaurants and retailers in the area include ShopRite, Barnes & Noble, Taco Bell, AT&T, Starbucks, Capital One Bank, Public Storage, Amazon Fresh, McDonald’s, Popeyes, Spark Car Wash, Planet Fitness, Vitamin Shoppe, Kohl’s, Walgreens, and Chili’s.
